Geri reportedly sacked a dancer after discovering he used to work for her former Spice Girls pal Emma Bunton.
The unnamed performer was helping Halliwell promote her latest pop comeback, but upon learning of his employment history, Halliwell replaced him in the fear he'd hinder her quest for success.
A source tells Britain's Daily Star newspaper, "The guy was surprised when he got a call from his agent telling him his services were no longer required after he'd already done (British TV music shows) CD:UK and Top of the Pops with Geri.
"He knew it wasn't anything to do with his dancing skills. Then he was told it was because he'd danced for Emma."
