Geri Halliwell might have spent several years struggling with eating disorders and a negative self-image, but now she has learnt to love herself unconditionally. "I just love myself! I have learnt to love my negative sides as well as the good ones. You have to accept your mistakes. No one is perfect, you know," femalefirst quoted Halliwell as saying. The singer also said that you should follow your heart and make sure that your job makes you happy. "I simply couldn't love myself before. I was not happy. Geri has warned potential suitors she's not interested in quitting her "young, free" lifestyle yet - but admits settling down and starting a family definitely feature in her future plans. The 32-year-old Geri continues to seek the benefits of the single life - she's a regular member of the London party scene and has been spotted in the arms of various men - and she's revelling in her lack of responsibilities. Geri is to pick up a $950,000 (GBP500,000) cheque for escorting billionaire playboy Dickie Lugner to this year's Vienna Opera Ball. Geri will follow in the footsteps of Pamela Anderson, Sarah Ferguson and Sophia Loren, who have also partnered the 72-year-old to the annual Austrian society event. Lugner enthuses, "I chose Geri because of her wonderful smile. I'm delighted to have such a star guest as Ginger Spice, who has made such a successful name for herself." Geri has snubbed the chance to work with Erasure frontman Andy Bell - after trying to credit his songs to her name. Geri - whose most recent singles have failed to reach the top of the charts - was sent a batch of potential hit tracks from the 'A Little Respect' singer who was keen to help expand her pop career. However Bell was quick to retract his offer when the 32-year-old star asked if she could rework the tracks and be credited as a co-writer. Geri halted filming for British TV show Top of the Pops after losing her favourite doll. The former Spice Girl ordered bosses to interrupt the popular BBC music programme, where she was performing her latest song Ride It, following the disappearance of her childhood toy Kate.
