Geri Halliwell has revealed details of her new single. She will release a Desire (Your Kiss Kills) on Virgin's Innocent Records on May 23. The single -written by Geri with Terry Ronald and producers Korpi and Blackcell, is the follow-up to Ride It which reached No. 4 last December. Geri's third album, also titled Desire, is reportedly expected around the time of the single's release. Earlier this month it was confirmed that Geri's plans for a 13-date UK tour had been postponed reportedly due to poor ticket sales.

This past week Geri issued this statement on her official fansite: To all my fans, Thanks so much for your continual support. I really apologise if I have inconvenienced any of you due to the tour being postponed. I want to give you my absolute best -100% -and right now I’m just finishing the final touches to my album and the new single. I’m so excited that it’s finally coming! Thank you for your patience and understanding. Love, peace and happiness for 2005. You’re the best fans in the world! Love Geri The tour has definately been at the least postponed, selling out not one venue of the dozen or so that were scheduled. Now reports are coming in that the ticket company is calling ticket holders to inform them of a refund because the tour has been cancelled.
