Victoria has called a truce with Geri, after learning she is pregnant with her first child.
Beckham, who has three sons with her soccer star husband David, last night took her pal out to see ballet at London's Royal Opera House and shared invaluable tips for pregnancy and motherhood.
They reportedly fell out after Geri quit the successful girl band in May 1998.
An insider tells British newspaper the Daily Mirror, "Posh was thrilled when she heard Geri was expecting and wanted to spend quality time with her.
"There have been lots of rifts but they've been speaking regularly for the past 18 months."
