Geri has dumped her fourth manager in two years, I can reveal. The pregnant former Spice Girl has left husband-and-wife team Paul and Katie Conroy after just a year. The 34-year-old's last album, Passion, sold just 10,000 copies. A source revealed: "Paul was head of Virgin Records when the Spice Girls became the biggest band in the world. Geri had hoped he could make it happen a second time." Friends of the singer said the split was "amicable". Victoria has denied reports the Spice Girls are set to reform, insisting her secret meetings with former bandmate Geri have been to discuss Halliwell's pregnancy. Victoria, who has three sons with her soccer star husband DAVID, has been sharing her wealth of experience with Halliwell who is expecting her first child later this year (06). And Victoria insists motherhood has healed their rocky relationship. She says, "(Geri) came to stay at my house and I've been looking after her a bit. Geri looks amazing, pregnancy suits her. "She's feeling really good and is really happy. "But we weren't plotting a reunion. I haven't got that many friends so it was lovely to spend time with Geri." Souce: Contact Music

The star expecting this year. Geri Halliwell will head out to Los Angeles this week in the hope of reconciling with the father of her first baby. However, the former Spice Girl has some heavyweight support should things take a turn for the worst. Halliwell and Los Angeles-based scriptwriter Sacha Gervasi, 39, are expecting their first child later this year. However the couple have reportedly grown apart after weeks of rowing. And if the pair fail to reconcile soon, Halliwell hopes to turn to close friend George Michael and his partner Kenny Goss to help her during the later stages of the pregnancy. Speaking today to Britain's Daily Star newspaper a friend of the singer's said: "Geri has grown very close to George and his partner Kenny Goss and has already spoken to them both about going to pre-birthing classes with her should Sacha be unable to attend. Geri will attend one of the best courses in West Hollywood but only time will tell whether Sacha can make it or not. He has said he will look after Geri and their baby no matter what, but they have both had such a turbulent time of things and he has been inundated with work.
