New mother Geri's speedy recovery from her daughter's caesarean birth is all down to prenatal yoga and help from her family. She shocked doctors and nurses at the exclusive Portland Hospital in London by returning home just four days after welcoming her first child Bluebell Madonna on 14 May (06).
The 27-year-old says, "I couldn't wait to be at home with Bluebell. My sister stayed the first night and helped me; my mum was there whenever Natalie wasn't. "Apparently they'd (the doctors) never seen anyone recover so fast. Thanks to prenatal yoga, which I took up in the past few months, my strength is unbelievable; so much greater now than it was at the start of my pregnancy."
